Wear Love

“ It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.”
— Colossians 3:14

I love this verse! It sounds nice, looks nice, makes you feel good inside. What if we lived in a world where the first thing we put on was love? What would the world be like if we all chose to never be without it?

We have been told...No! we have been COMMANDED to love. This is huge! I post a lot about love and it's because I want to get this right. I want for love to be the first thing I reach for everyday before anything else in my closet. I want to spread the message to everyone about how much they are loved. 

Let's wear love above anything. Not just shirts that say it...I mean those are cool and all, but let's really wear it! Let it be the centre of who we are and what we do everyday, always. Loving God and Loving people!

Know that you ARE loved!

Happy Father's Day!

Today is Father's day! Let's celebrate all the good ones out there! Happy Father's Day to my husband and father to our son Noah.  And Happy Father's Day to my daddy in heaven, not a day goes by that I don't think of you. 

I was pretty blessed growing up, my dad was present, loving, dedicated, encouraging, he was basically and still is the best man I know. I know he had his faults (we are all human) but not in his little girls eyes, he could do no wrong. There is so much that he taught me and showed me but the best gift he ever gave me was always pointing me towards my heavenly father and for that, I will be forever grateful.

Be sure to show extra love and appreciation to the father's in your life today! 

If today is a painful day for you, I pray that you feel the love and comfort of our heavenly father surround you today.
